How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Victimcustody Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Victimcustody Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Victimcustody Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@victimcustody.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If you are unhappy with our reply, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
